Adding Files to your Client Portal via the Engager Mobile Application
Please note that this is a guide for the end user, your client - this is not for the accountancy practice
- Open the Engager mobile application
- Select the appropriate entity, whether you’re doing it for the LTD or your uploading something for your personal tax, you need to select the correct entity
- Select ‘Documents’
- Select the appropriate folder, like ‘Client Uploads
- ’PDF or PHOTO etc (bottom of the screen)
- Select the ‘PLUS’ icon in the bottom right hand corner
- You’ll then need to locate your desired file from your handset
- Add
- It has now been saved
