We have multiple options to help you track and monitor your live jobs. We've built these based on experience and what most people want, but there will be times when you'd like to edit Status, or build your own.
Right now, this isn't possible as they're hard-coded into our system, and impact multiple areas of the platform, such as filters and global auto reminders.
We'd recommend adjusting internal terminologies slightly, or simply adding a new PHASE, to represent what you want.
A great example of this is, 'Awaiting Payment' from the client - many people want this as a Status.
We would recommend something like this as a workaround:
In the above example, we've added 2 phases - 1 to invoice client, 1 to confirm receipt of payment. So rather than a status, you can use a phase.
This should help you as a workaround.
