At Engager, our email response times to emails is around 10 mins and we provide Live Chat support, via the Help Centre.
We provide hundreds of hours worth of support / guides and video tutorials, along with Johann's weekly live sessions and webinars on any governance changes that could impact you.
We don't offer phone support due to the above and for us, it means that we can respond to more of our clients, quicker, than if we were to provide phone support.
