Client Engager only looks at “active clients’ for the count to the subscription client count.

We do not count:

• contacts, a contact is someone related to a business or individual that is marked as a contact in Client Engager.

• Prospects, anyone on the prospects list in client view don't count towards the subscription limit

• Archived Clients, any clients listed under archived on client view aren’t included towards subscription limit
