She stepped into the role in early 2023, following her tenure as Director of Communications and Executive Director since 2016. With a background in media broadcasting and commercial branding, Ami has been instrumental in driving a member-centric culture within ICB. Her leadership focuses on raising the profile of bookkeepers, maintaining the quality and status of membership, and expanding the organisation's reach.
