With the Engager mobile app, your clients can now easily download files you’ve shared with them. Follow these steps to guide your clients through the process once they are logged into the app.

Step 1: Select the Profile

If your client manages multiple profiles, they should select the appropriate profile for which they wish to view the records.
Step 2: Access the 'Documents' Section

From the main screen, they need to select 'Documents'. This is where all the shared files are located.
Step 3: Choose the Correct Folder

Next, they should select the folder that contains the document they want to download.
Step 4: Download the File

Once they find the correct file, they need to select the file and then tap 'Download' in the bottom right corner of the screen.
