HMRC Agent Authorisation Reminder

This is the standard Letter-based HMRC Agent Authorisation - Code Issued Reminder email template that comes with Engager. If you’ve changed or deleted your copy, you can restore it at any time: go to Settings > Communication > Message templates (category 64-8 Agent Authorisation), open the template, or create a new message template if it isn’t in your list, and paste in the text below (see How to add email templates). Put the subject line in the template’s E-mail subject: field and the rest in the body. [Contact Pref Name] and [Current User] are placeholders, so they fill in automatically for each client.

Just a quick reminder about the HMRC authorisation process. You should have recently received a letter in the post from HMRC containing a code. This code allows us to officially act on your behalf with HMRC, making managing your tax affairs much easier.

If you could share the authorisation code with us as soon as you get a moment, that would be fantastic. It's a small step but a very important one to make sure we can handle everything smoothly for you.
