Introduction to Engager Live session and housekeeping.
Tonight's session is the last one for 2025.
The next Engager Live will be on the first Wednesday of January 2026, which is January 7th.
The main topic for this session is 'Forms' in Engager, requested by a user.
The purpose of forms in Engager is to collect information from clients, such as questionnaires, tax return forms, and onboarding forms.
Forms can be created and managed under Settings > Client Data > Form Settings.
Form examples include AML declarations, new employee forms, and onboarding forms.
Form fields can be linked to built-in Engager fields or custom fields, allowing client-provided data to update their records automatically.
Form-specific questions can be created for information that doesn't map to a specific field in Engager.
Forms are saved as drafts and cannot be edited once published.
