WRITTEN DIRECTORS' RESOLUTION

Pursuant to the authority granted by the articles of association of [Name], we, the undersigned, being all the eligible directors of the Company, resolve as follows:

APPLICATION TO STRIKE OFF THE COMPANY

It is resolved that the Company meets the criteria outlined in the Companies Act 2006, Part 31, Sections 1003–1005, and will apply to be struck off the companies register.

FILING

It is further resolved that the records of the Company be updated to reflect the application for striking off, and Form DS01 will be filed with Companies House as required.
