Why does linking Engager to TaxCalc say my user ID or password is wrong?

Two things cause this. First, the email address is case-sensitive — it must match your TaxCalc login exactly, including capitalisation.

Second, you need to use the TaxCalc account holder's own login to link the two products, not an individual staff member's login.
