Why does linking Engager to TaxCalc say my user ID or password is wrong?

You need to use the TaxCalc account holder's own login to link the two products, not an individual staff member's login.

You link the two from Settings > Integrations > TaxCalc, which takes you to TaxCalc's own sign-in screen.
