Why does linking Engager to TaxCalc fail if I'm not on Cloud Connect?
You need to be on TaxCalc Cloud Connect. Engager is a web based app, so it can only integrate with a TaxCalc account that is set up on Cloud Connect, not Network or Standalone.
How to fix it
- Complete Advanced Security for your TaxCalc Cloud Connect account.
- Migrate a backup of your database to the cloud.
- Try linking Engager to TaxCalc again.
