It hasn't gone anywhere. Jobs held up at another stage are hidden by default so your list only shows what needs your attention.
These are "holdups": jobs that will eventually reach you but are currently in a phase assigned to a different staff member. They're hidden when ignore holdups is ticked, and it only matters when your jobs are filtered or grouped by staff member or department.
How to see them
- Open Jobs.
- Under Adjustments, untick ignore holdups. Jobs waiting in another staff member's phase now show in your list.
Tick ignore holdups again to hide them.
