How to build an AML process in Engager

In this video we look at how you can use custom fields to create an AML Risk assessment questionnaire.

We would encourage you to consider using Xama AML rather than build your own process in Engager to help deliver best in class AML processes.

The video was recorded in 2023, so some screens have changed. You set up the custom fields in Settings > Client data > Custom fields. To put your AML questions on the client form, choose the Manual AML check step for that custom field section.
