How do I change the client name format shown in Engager, and fix the greeting Adfin uses?

These are controlled in two separate places.

The format used for client names in your client list is changed via a setting in Engager. The greeting Adfin uses on payment requests is configured separately, under Settings > Integrations > Adfin > Details.
