To undo a job that you have already completed, head on over to the in question, Summary (Step 9) find the relevant Service
Make sure you select the Blue Arrow to Expand, then scroll down to the select ‘Audit Trail’
You’ll then see a full audit log of comments etc are there.
If you need to undo it go to the service in Service detail and set the old date to move it back to the deadline date you need it to sit on
Phase / Steps
If you want to reverse a completed Phase / Step, simply enter the job card and select 'Previous'
You've now reversed that phase / step
