Some of you may have seen us have a Birthday Service within the Engager account, either on a demo or webinar
It's a lovely touch to wish your clients a happy birthday and if it's something you'd like to do, read on!
Bday Message Template
1 - Head to Settings - Message Templates - New Template
2 - Create your Bday message
3 - Save
Create a Custom Service
1 - Settings - Jobs - Service - New Custom Service
2 - Label as Bday - make sure you mark as INTERNAL ONLY
3 - Default Frequency - 1 year
4 -Save
Then on the Service - GLOBAL AUTO REMINDERS
1 - New
2 - Allow running on weekend - YES, don't want to miss it!
3 - Select your Bday template
4 - When to do it - need at least 1 day before 
5 - Save
To enable on client
1 - Locate client
2 - Head to section 4
3 - Enable NEW Bday Service
4 - Head to section 5
5 - Enter the client's Bday in NEXT DUE
6 - Save
Should then look something like this:
You can then mark the JOB card as COMPLETE and it'll regenerate for the next year
Because they're automated reminders, they will land in your queue so you can tailor before it leaves, so you can add that extra personal touch (if you like 'em)
