To move files from one folder to another, open the folder the file is currently in, in the top right of the screen press “start selecting”, tick the file/s you want to move, then click on the top “move” then a pop up window listing the folders for that client appears, choose the folder and click save.
To access files, head to your desired client and once selected, look for Documents - Files
Then you can select 'Start Selecting' then use the TICK BOX next to the file required
Then 'Move Items'
Select your new destination, then Confirm
Your file has been moved
