Can I send engagement letters and emails during the 28-day free trial?

Yes, but not from the default Engager mailbox. Sending from that mailbox is restricted during a trial.

If you use Microsoft 365 or Google, link your own mailbox instead and send from that.

Linking your mailbox

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Microsoft 365 or Google.
  2. Select to authorise your email. You can add a shared mailbox that everyone at the firm can use, or your own user email that only you can use.
  3. Once authorised, that mailbox can be selected when sending an email.

 

Making it the default

Go to Settings > Communication > Practice Email and set your default outbox to the shared or personal mailbox. New emails will then send from it automatically.
