Can I group year-end jobs together by period end, e.g. all June year-ends in one column?

Not currently - there's no built-in way to group year-end jobs by period end.

As a workaround, sort your jobs list with the oldest period end first, and build filtered views by job type and week or due period to approximate the grouping you want.
