Can Engager help when I convert from a sole trader to a limited company?

Yes. You do not need to start again. Keep your existing Engager account and update it to reflect the new company.

In your account settings, update your company name and logo, then reissue your letters of engagement under the new company name and branding. Your existing service and communication history stays with the client.

If you also want your Engager URL (your practice login and the Client Portal login) changed to reflect the new business name, contact support with the new name and we can update this for you.
